Great Breakfast and Child-Friendly Atmosphere
The breakfast was awesome with lots of options. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Our children loved the gift they received from the secret Santa. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. It was also located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to go around.

This hotel in the heart of the city offers a wonderful stay. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a citric touch in everything. the breakfast is tasty, and the staff is courteous and hospitable. the children feel very welcomed and pleased. They also have a Secret Santa program. the gift and the atmosphere made them ecstatic.
I found that exhaust fans in the washrooms were slow, and they were not switched on.

The breakfast buffet was quite impressive with a range of options. the location of the hotel was also very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lemon-scented room fresheners were a nice touch.
The vegetarian meal options were very limited, and it was not clearly communicated that the only vegetarian option at dinner was egg curry. the exhaust fans in the washroom were not effective and switched off.

The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff was courteous and hospitable. Our children felt very welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the hotel facilities were great. The location was convenient too.
